Big Update! After much deliberation, we have decided to add profile images to member profiles. Adding profile images will enhance the visual appeal of the platform and allow users to better identify and connect with members. It will also create a more personalized experience for users and make remembering and revisiting a member's profile easier.

We want to include additional fields in the form so that users can provide more information about the specific types of projects they are working on. Our network has informed us that they can better serve potential users if they initially have more details about the project.
